- Your address or postcode when you book a job
- Details about the work you want done, including any photos you send us
- Messages you send us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp
- Basic technical information when you use our site, such as pages visited, kept in server logs by our hosting provider
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- To reply to enquiries and provide quotes: legitimate interests
- To book and carry out cleaning work: performance of a contract
- To keep basic business and accounting records: legal obligation

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We only share information where needed to run the business: our website hosting provider (Hostinger), our form provider (submissions are emailed to us), and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to contact us there, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the font loads. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for 6 years, as required for UK tax and accounting purposes. Photos you send for quotes are deleted once no longer needed.
Cookies
This site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as caching and security cookies. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email contact@pepacleaning.com and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
