These terms apply when you book cleaning or related services from Pepa Cleaning (“we”, “us”). By booking a job you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Quotes and prices
Quotes are based on the information and photos you give us. The price we agree before the job is the price you pay, unless the work turns out to be materially different from what was described, in which case we will tell you before starting and agree any change with you first.
Bookings and access
Please make sure we can access the property at the agreed time, and that water and electricity are available where the work needs them. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, we may need to rearrange and a reasonable call out charge may apply.
Cancellations
You can cancel or rearrange free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For consumer bookings made at a distance you also have a statutory 14 day cancellation period, except where you asked us to carry out the work sooner and the work has been completed.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise, by cash or bank transfer.
Our work and guarantee
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Results on stains and older carpets can vary and are not guaranteed, but we will always tell you honestly what we expect to achieve. If you are not happy with any part of the work, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and put it right where reasonably possible.
Liability
We are responsible for damage caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for pre existing damage, wear, or defects (such as loose seams, pre existing discolouration or perishing backing) that cleaning can reveal but did not cause. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Last updated July 2026.
